Farm Classes with Rick
On select Saturdays from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm, our Farm Manager Rick Rigutto is giving classes on how to plan your garden throughout the year. With valuable gardening lessons from Farmer Rick, the classes also include a tour of Sylvan Table Farm, plus refreshments and a light lunch at noon.
Cost: $35 per class.

Big Table Farm Wine Dinner
Join us on Thursday, November 5th at 6:00 PM for an intimate six-course wine dinner featuring Big Table Farm, a celebrated Oregon winery known for its thoughtfully crafted wines and dedication to sustainable farming.
Enjoy an evening of exceptional food and wine as our culinary team presents a specially curated six-course dinner, thoughtfully paired with selections from Big Table Farm. Discover the stories behind the wines, explore unique pairings, and experience the beautiful connection between farm, vineyard, and table. An evening celebrating good wine, great food, and the people who bring them together.
$125 per guest, excluding tax and 20% gratuity.

Cancellation Policy: A credit card is required to hold your reservation but will not be charged at the time of booking. All reservations are final and cannot be canceled; however, tickets may be transferred to another guest. The card on file will only be charged in the event of a no-show.

Fireside Dinner
Join us for an intimate winter evening gathered around the fire at Sylvan Table, where warmth, smoke, and alpine flavors take center stage. This limited-time fireside dinner features a special, interactive menu inspired by mountain lodges and après-ski traditions. We will be running this special dinner November 16th-18th, it will be the only menu available at this time besides our normal beverage menu.
Guests will wander through chef-tended stations showcasing alpine fare at its most comforting: bubbling raclette scraped to order, rich communal fondue, and whole cuts of meat slowly hanging and roasting over the open fire. The experience is designed as an interactive buffet—meant to be shared, explored, and enjoyed at your own pace as the fire crackles nearby.
The evening concludes with a cozy dessert course, served fireside, rounding out a night rooted in indulgence, warmth, and winter hospitality. Seating is limited for this special event.
